1. When booking an Activity a €50 booking deposit is required per activity. This is non refundable and removed from your overall cost.
  2. When booking accommodation a €100 – €200 security deposit is required per property. Your customer service agent will advise of the amount required. Please be aware, this is separate from your rental amount/package price and is refundable within 5 working days of departure.
  3. Avoid making payments on work computers. Some companies may prevent their employees from making online payments. We advise customers to make payments on their home internet as this is the most secure method.
  4. You cannot make split payments. Your designated payment  requires the full payment. It is therefore necessary to have the full amount in your account before proceeding to your payment.
  5. Ensure that you are using an up-to date browser as it’s safer, quicker and a lot more reliable which prevents confusion and problems arising. These include; Google Chrome, Firefox & Safari to name a few.
  6. We operate from a shopping cart system to accept payment which means you can enter the amount required that would have been advised to you prior to your booking by one of our staff members.
  7. On the rare occasion that you may encounter an error, please provide as much details as possible so we can provide a solution as quickly as possible.
