With its wooden floors throughout, cosy ambient lighting, TV, DVD player and calming décor, it makes for the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Kitchen and Dining area has large sliding patio doors leading out to the old stone enclosed courtyard garden, this makes for a wonderful bright uplifting space. The spacious hand painted kitchen is well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and washing machine.The Bedroom is bright and cosy. This bedroom consists of one double bed and two single beds, black out blinds, dressing table and wardrobe storage area in adjacent hallway. Views and access to courtyard garden. The Shower room and Toilet are Situated off of the hallway, the enclosed shower room with electric shower, toilet and hand basin is decorated in a fresh modern style.
The garden is a unique and special space with its old stone walls and quirky features, south facing and well sheltered from the wind, its the perfect place to sit and relax and enjoy the sunshine morning, midday and evening complete with patio furniture and parasol.

We like to respect our surrounding neighbours, therefore we do not welcome guests who wish to throw late night noisy parties of any type. As a result, we do not accept bookings from “pre- wedding parties”. Failure to comply will be dealt with rigorously.
