Family Fun has just reached a new level at SkyPark, located in the exquisite village of Carlingford in the heart of the Cooley Peninsula, Co. Louth. Just over 1 hour from Belfast and Dublin.
SkyPark is located just outside Carlingford village. You can sit back and enjoy this zip line adventure park, soak up the magnificent views of the Mourne Mountains, Carlingford Lough and Slieve Foy Mountain.
Breeze – 5-8 Yrs Only, Must Be 1m+. The “Breeze” course is for “little” people and includes rope bridges, zip lines, climbing apparatus. Adults can either walk alongside their children and hold their hand or they can leave their children to play on their own, under a Skypark instructors supervision. Once they are attached to the system it is impossible for them to unclip them self without an instructors assistance.
Cloud – 9-14 Yrs, Must Be 1.2m. The “Cloud” course is a children’s course. It is more challenging and involves zip lines, rope bridges and cargo nets amongst other exciting elements. This course is suited for children, they must be supervised by an adult via the ground or on the course. If an adult is on the course the child must not be more than 1 element ahead of their guardian.
Atmosphere – 9+, Must Be 1.2m+ And No More Than 19.5 Stone. The Atmosphere course is for families and adults it is more difficult for children and those that may be deemed as less athletic. Both adults and children competent on the cloud course can attempt this course. Children aged 9-14 must also be supervised as above.
Stratosphere – 15+ Must Me 1.4+ And Over And No More Than 19.5 Stone. The Stratosphere is the sport course, participants must be at least 1.4m and physically fit to be able to complete this course as it can physically challenging – ie there are 15 monkey bars to complete.
