2. Customization
   Tailor your menu with our team, adding any special dietary requirements or preferences to ensure every guest is catered for.
3. Set Up
   Depending on weather the BBQ can be cooked on site, if the weather is poor the food will be delivered in trays. The Buffet food is always delivered in trays. 
4. Serving
   Serving is done by the group themselves.
