With 12 different climbs of varying difficulty, there is something for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced climbers. The highest climb reaches an impressive 45ft, rewarding you with amazing views over Carlingford Lough. This is the largest privately-owned natural rock-climbing wall in Ireland, making it a truly unique and unforgettable experience!

How it works

Here is what to expect during your Rock Climbing experience:

1. Arrive & Safety Briefing
   Meet the team and receive a thorough safety briefing. All climbing equipment including harness, helmet, and ropes is provided and fitted by our experienced instructors.
2. Warm-Up Climbs
   Start with some easier routes to get comfortable on the rock face. Your instructor will guide you through the techniques and help build your confidence.
3. Challenge Yourself
   Progress to more difficult routes at your own pace. With 12 climbs to choose from, you can push your limits or stick to what feels comfortable — it is entirely up to you!
4. The Summit
   Take on the highest climb at 45ft and enjoy the breathtaking views over Carlingford Lough from the top. Do not forget to take it all in before you descend!

All equipment (harness, helmet, ropes) is provided. Wear runners and a tracksuit. Sessions run from April to September: 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm, and October to March: 9:30am to 12:30pm or 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
