How it works

Prepare for a session of ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation:

1. Arrival and Welcome
   Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get settled. We’ll welcome you and give you a quick rundown of the facilities.
2. Prepare for Your Session
   Use our dedicated male and female changing rooms to get into your swimwear and ready for the experience.
3. The Sauna Heat
   Step into our custom-built sauna to begin the heat cycle. Unwind to calming music on our Bluetooth speakers and let the warmth cleanse your body and mind.
4. The Cold Plunge
   Embrace the chill! Cool down with your choice of three cold plunge experiences in our whiskey barrels or, tides permitting, take a refreshing dip in Carlingford Lough.
5. Rinse and Recharge
   Finish your 50-minute session with a rejuvenating hot shower, leaving you feeling completely refreshed and revitalized.

Remember to bring swimwear, two towels (one to sit on and one for drying), and a water bottle to stay hydrated!
