The Space

Welcome to Sea Esta, your cozy haven nestled in the heart of Carlingford Village. This beautifully renovated townhouse combines modern comfort with the historic charm of one of the village's oldest houses, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups alike. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, ideal for entertaining and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities including kitchen utensils, a microwave, and an oven, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The inviting living area, complete with comfortable couches and a homely open fire, is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The accommodation boasts three inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king-sized bed and overlooks the tennis courts and the stunning Lough. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, faces the bustling main street and offers a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families. Ascend to the third floor where you’ll find the spacious third bedroom, which comes with three double beds and offers breathtaking panoramic views of Carlingford Lough and the majestic Mourne Mountains. The only bathroom is centrally located on the first floor and has been newly refurbished to include two showers for your convenience. Additionally, there is an extra toilet in the back garden, ensuring that your stay is both comfortable and practical.

Please note that there are steep stairs leading from the second floor to the third floor bedroom and parking is limited to the street outside, making it essential to plan ahead for any local attractions you wish to visit.

1. Arrival
   Check-in is at 16:00. Upon arrival, you can park on the street outside and make your way into the house where you'll find a warm welcome waiting for you.
2. Settling In
   As you settle in, you will notice the delightful ambiance and character that the house offers, along with all the modern amenities designed for your comfort.
3. During Your Stay
   Explore the vibrant village, enjoy local eateries, and take advantage of the myriad outdoor activities available, from hiking in the Mourne Mountains to leisurely walks along the Lough.
4. Departure
   Check-out is at 11:00. Simply drop off the keys and take a fond memory of your stay in Carlingford with you.
