This beautiful house features a generous living space that includes a comfortable sitting room ideal for relaxation and socializing. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, and it flows seamlessly into the conservatory, where you can enjoy stunning views of Carlingford Lough and the majestic Mourne Mountains.

The accommodation comprises five well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 22 guests. Each of these rooms is designed for relaxation, with a mix of bed configurations to suit your group’s needs. The first bedroom features two single beds and two king beds with an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The second bedroom is perfect for larger gatherings, offering five single beds, also with an ensuite. The third bedroom has a combination of three singles and one double, again with its own ensuite for added comfort. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each contain three single beds, ensuring everyone has their own space.

There are four bathrooms in total, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, ensuring there’s no morning rush when it's time to get ready for the day. Outside, guests can enjoy a lovely back garden space that’s perfect for barbeques or simply soaking up the sun. Parking is abundant, with space for up to eight cars, making it easy for everyone to come together.

Check-in is smooth and convenient with a key pad entry, allowing you to arrive at your leisure. The house's central location means you're only a short drive from Carlingford Village and other local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
