Nestled in the heart of the Irish countryside, Tranquility House is perfectly located for Weddings, Hen/Stags weekends, Family get-togethers, corporate events or any break or leisurely mid-week holiday. This luxurious and stylish residence consists of 6 large bedrooms (5 of which can sleep up to 4 persons), 2 extensive reception rooms, a large elevated dining area, and an outstanding kitchen fully equipped with a central work area and large Aga Cooker.
There are 4 bathrooms, a vast sunroom with amazing views and a roof top terrace area. Tranquility has immense gardens with water features and patio areas. The house is fully secure with cameras, electric gates and ample parking spaces.
‘Tranquility’ a superb dwelling offering charm, peace and Overlooking hidden between Omeath Village (2 min Drive) and Carlingford Medieval Village (4 Min Drive). Local activities include 2 first class Golf Courses, Hill Walking, Fishing, Outdoor Adventure Centre, Water Sports, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Horse Riding etc.
The Local Village is less than a kilometre away and contains traditional pubs, restaurants and shops and if you wish to avail of a full shopping experience then take a trip to Newry City which is only 10 minutes drive.
